Filippo Di Lecce nasce nel Dicembre 1992 a Matera (Italia), dove frequenta il Liceo Classico e consegue il diploma nel 2011. Nello stesso anno intraprende un percorso di formazione creativa ed approccia il mondo del design frequentando il corso di Disegno Industriale presso l’Istituto Europeo di Design a Milano, dove si laurea con una tesi in furniture design. Conseguita la laurea triennale, nel 2015 inizia la collaborazione con diversi studi di architettura e design a Milano e Como, che ampliano le sue conoscenze di furniture, lighting, exhibit, e graphic design, lavorando per diversi clienti internazionali.
Nel 2018 apre il suo studio progettando arredi e complementi d’arredo che vengono esposti nelle più importanti fiere del settore. Il suo approccio progettuale si può sintetizzare nella costante ricerca della semplicità e della pulizia formale attraverso la cura dei dettagli e delle forme.

Filippo Di Lecce is a product designer born in December 1992 in Matera (Italy), where he attended the Liceo Classico and graduated in 2011. In the same year he began a creative education path and approached the world of design attending the Industrial Design course at the European Institute of Design in Milan, where he graduated with a thesis in furniture design. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree, from 2015 he worked as product designer with different architecture and design studios in Milan and Como, which expand his knowledge of furniture, lighting, exhibit, and graphic design, working for several international clients.
In 2018, back to Matera, he opened his own studio, designing furniture that are exhibited in the most important fairs in the sector. His design approach can be summarized in the constant search for simplicity and formal cleanliness through the care of details and shapes.
